Returns Policy
When you receive your product, please check immediately to make sure that the item you received is not different from what you ordered.
We try to make product photos as close to the actual product as possible, but please note that there may be slight differences depending on the monitor you are using.
We take every precaution to ensure the quality of our products, but if the product is damaged or soiled, or if it is different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will promptly refund or exchange the product. (In this case, we will cover the shipping costs.)
Returns for customer reasons (other than damage or soiling of the product) will be accepted if you contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. In this case, shipping and transfer fees will be borne by the customer. (However, returns and exchanges will not be accepted in the following cases.) Products that have been soiled or damaged by the customer, products that have been modified by the customer, products that have been repaired or cleaned after delivery, products with names engraved, products that have been modified to custom specifications (parts) (Custom modifications are also possible)) – Other products that have a statement on each product page that they cannot be returned.
Please note that we cannot accept returns or refunds if more than 8 days have passed since the product was delivered.
If there is any damage or accident during delivery, please contact us.
